Arbitration Rules & Recommended Clause

BURAC Standard Arbitration Clause

It is recommended that parties wishing to refer any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract to arbitration under BURAC rules insert the following clause in their contracts:

"Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including its conclusion, binding effect, amendment, breach, termination or validity, shall be settled by final arbitration under the BURAC Arbitration Rules."

BURAC proceedings are founded on the principles of party equality, confidentiality, independence, and impartiality, ensuring international enforceability under the New York Convention.
